Roop Telsonic Ultrasonix Limited is a joint venture with Telsonic AG, Switzerland.  We are the leading manufacturer for Ultrasonic Continuous Metal Welding Machines to weld Copper fins to Copper tubes used in Solar Thermal Water Heating Collectors.

By utilizing Ultrasonic welding, our customers produce a highly finished perfect weld.  No filler material is required and there is absolutely no waste of very costly copper metal.  We manufacture Single head as well as Double head machines.

Roop Telesonic machines are very easy to install and operate.  Our machines do not require any foundation and are easily made mobile if necessary.  Installation of the machines take only 2 hours if pneumatic and electrical supply is readily available.  Our machines come in fully assembled condition - duly tested for immediate use.  Our customers start their production immediately after installation of the machine.
